How much is shipping?
Domestic: Free shipping over $40; Flat rate of $4.50.
Canada: Free shipping over $85; Flat rate of $12.99.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will take 1 - 2 business days to process. Once your order is shipped out, it will arrive within 3 - 5 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship only to United States and Canada. As we are still a growing business, we hope to one day be able to ship to international customers!
Returns
What is your return policy?
Due to hygienic reasons we don't offer returns.
However, if you unsatisfied or received a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@flutterset.com. In order to find a quick solution, please also include pictures of the damage along with a detailed description and your order number.
